The 1.5KE11A is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for high voltage transient protection. It features a working voltage of 11V (VWM), a breakdown voltage of 10.5V to 11.6V (VBR), and a maximum clamping voltage of 15.6V at 100A peak impulse current (IPP). With a surge capability of 1500W and low dynamic impedance, it ensures excellent clamping performance. The device is housed in a DO-201 package and is suitable for automotive and industrial applications.
