Description
The Littelfuse 1.5KE11A is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for protecting sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W at a 10/1000μs waveform, a breakdown voltage of 10.50V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 15.6V. The device operates within a temperature range of -55 to 175°C and has a low reverse leakage current of less than 1μA when VBR min > 12V.
