Description
Description
The 1.5KE11A is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for over-voltage protection. It features a stand-off voltage (VWM) of 11V, a breakdown voltage (VBR) of 10.5V to 11.6V, and a maximum clamping voltage (VC) of 15.6V at a peak pulse current (IPP) of 100A. This axial through-hole component has a peak pulse power rating of 1500W and operates within a temperature range of -50°C to +175°C. It is suitable for both unidirectional and bidirectional applications.
