The Broadcom® HCNR201 high-linearity analog optocoupler features a high-performance AlGaAs LED and two closely matched photodiodes, ensuring low nonlinearity (0.01%) and stable gain characteristics. It operates with a maximum input current of 25 mA and offers a wide bandwidth of DC to >1 MHz, making it suitable for various analog isolation applications.
