The Nexperia BCV63 is a small signal NPN bipolar transistor array housed in a SOT143B surface-mounted package. It features low current handling (max. 100 mA) and low voltage ratings (30 V for collector-emitter and 6 V for collector-base). This device is AEC-Q101 qualified, making it suitable for automotive applications, and is ideal for general-purpose switching and amplification, including Schmitt trigger applications.
