The 30KPA260CAe3/TR13 is a 30,000 Watt Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) designed to protect circuits from high-voltage transients caused by lightning strikes, inductive load dumps, RFI, and ESD. It features a stand-off voltage of 260V with a tolerance of +/- 5%, and is available in bidirectional configurations. The device offers instantaneous clamping time and complies with IEC61000-4-2 and -4-5 standards.
