Description
The USBLC6-2SC6 is a low capacitance, 15V clamp, 6A (8/20µs) TVS diode in a SOT-23-6 package. It provides robust ESD protection for USB 2.0 interfaces, 10/100 Ethernet, and portable devices. With ultra-low leakage and low clamping voltage, it meets IEC 61000-4-2 standards for ESD immunity, supporting ±30kV air and contact discharge. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C, ensuring reliability in various applications.
