The USBLC6-2SC6 is a monolithic ESD protection device designed for high-speed interfaces, including USB 2.0 and Ethernet. It features a breakdown voltage of 6V, a maximum clamping voltage of 17V at 5A, and very low capacitance of 3.5 pF, ensuring optimal data integrity. The device is housed in a SOT23-6 package and is RoHS compliant.
