Description
The TIL117M from Everlight Electronics is a 6-pin DIP optoisolator featuring a high isolation voltage of 5000 Vrms. It consists of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor detector, suitable for applications requiring electrical isolation. The device operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +110°C and supports a forward current of up to 60 mA. It is RoHS compliant and UL approved.
