Description
The SN6505ADBVT is a low-noise, low-EMI transformer driver IC designed for isolated power supplies. It operates within a wide input voltage range of 2.25 V to 5.5 V and provides high output drive of 1 A at 5 V supply. The device features low RON of 0.25 Ω max at 4.5 V, thermal shutdown, and a soft-start function to minimize inrush current. It includes an internal oscillator with options for 160 kHz (SN6505A) and 420 kHz (SN6505B), and supports synchronization with an external clock. The compact SOT-23-6 package is ideal for space-constrained applications.
