The RN4020-V/RM123 is a fully certified Bluetooth v4.1 transceiver module designed for low-power applications. It operates in the 2.4GHz ISM band and features an integrated Bluetooth Low Energy stack, UART interface, and 64 KB internal flash memory. The module supports various applications including health devices, fitness trackers, and IoT sensor tags, with a compact form factor of 11.5 x 19.5 x 2.5 mm. It operates at a voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V and has a temperature range of -30°C to 85°C.
