Description
Description
The RN4020-V/RM is a fully certified Bluetooth v4.1 transceiver module operating in the 2.4GHz ISM band. It features an integrated Bluetooth Low Energy stack, UART interface, and supports Device Firmware Upgrade (DFU) over UART or OTA. With a compact form factor of 11.5 x 19.5 x 2.5 mm, it includes 64 KB internal flash memory and operates at a voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V. The module is ideal for low-power applications, offering RX sensitivity of -92.5 dBm and TX power from -19.0 dBm to +7.5 dBm.
