It features a peak pulse power capability of 400W at a 10/1000µs waveform, with a maximum clamping voltage of 45.7V at 9A Ipp. This device offers excellent clamping capability, low incremental surge resistance, and a fast response time of less than 1.0ps, making it ideal for protecting sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients.
