The P4SMA33A is a 400 W transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode in a low-profile SMA package, designed for surface-mounted applications. It features a stand-off voltage of 28.2 V, a clamping voltage of 45.7 V, and a peak pulse power capability of 400 W at a 10/1000 μs waveform. With a fast response time of less than 1.0 ps and a typical reverse leakage current of less than 1 μA above 12 V, it ensures excellent protection for sensitive electronic components.
