The P4SMA170A is a 145V working voltage transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode in a DO-214AC (SMA) package. It features a peak power dissipation of 400W and a maximum clamping voltage of 234V at 1.8A peak impulse current. With a fast response time of less than 1.0ps and low reverse leakage current, it is ideal for applications requiring robust overvoltage protection.
