The P4SMA170A is a 145VWM, 234VC TVS diode designed for surface mount applications in the DO-214AC (SMA) package. It features a peak pulse power capability of 400W at a 10/1000µs waveform, with a maximum reverse leakage current of less than 1μA when VBR min > 12V. This device provides excellent clamping capability and fast response time, making it ideal for protecting sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients.
