The NCP6360 is a PWM synchronous step-down DC-DC converter designed for RF Power Amplifiers in 3G/4G wireless systems. It delivers up to 800 mA with an adjustable output voltage from 0.6 V to 3.4 V. Operating at a 6 MHz switching frequency, it features automatic PFM/PWM mode transitions for enhanced efficiency and low quiescent current of 30 µA. The device is housed in a compact 1.5 x 1.0 mm CSP package.
