Description
The LCS700LG is a half-bridge driver IC designed for general-purpose power MOSFET applications. It integrates a multi-function controller, high-side and low-side gate drivers, and high-voltage power MOSFETs in an eSIP-16K package. With a maximum operating frequency of 1 MHz and nominal steady-state operation up to 500 kHz, it significantly reduces external component count and enhances efficiency through precise duty symmetry and comprehensive fault handling features.
