The LAN8741AI-EN-TR is a low-power, single-chip Ethernet physical layer transceiver (PHY) designed for 10BASE-T and 100BASE-TX applications. It features a small 32-pin SQFN package (5x5 mm), supports MII/RMII interfaces, and incorporates flexPWR® technology for energy-efficient operation. The device is compliant with IEEE 802.3 standards, including Energy Efficient Ethernet (802.3az), and offers HP Auto-MDIX support for flexible cabling. It operates over a voltage range of 1.8V to 3.3V and includes an integrated 1.2V regulator.
