The KAD5512P is a low-power 12-bit Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) with a sampling rate of up to 250MSPS. It features a single input, a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) for configuration, and outputs in selectable LVDS or CMOS formats. Operating from a 1.8V supply, it is designed for industrial applications with a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Key specifications include SNR of 66.1dBFS and SFDR of 87dBc at 105MHz.
