The ICL3223EIVZ-T is a full-duplex RS-232 transceiver IC designed for low power consumption, operating from +3V to +5.5V. It features ±15kV ESD protection, a maximum data rate of 250kbps, and an automatic power-down function that reduces supply current to 1µA. The device is suitable for battery-powered applications and requires only four external 0.1µF capacitors for operation.
