Description
The ICL3223E is a full-duplex RS-232 transceiver designed for low power consumption, operating from +3V to +5.5V. It features ±15kV ESD protection, supports data rates up to 250kbps, and includes automatic power-down functionality, reducing standby current to 1µA. The device is suitable for battery-powered applications and requires only four external 0.1µF capacitors for operation.
