Description
The HV2904/AHA is a 32-channel high-voltage analog switch IC designed for ultrasound applications. It operates without high-voltage supplies, featuring a 3.3V CMOS input logic level and a 66 MHz data shift clock frequency. The device supports individual and bank switching modes, ensuring low power dissipation and excellent noise immunity. It can handle ±100V high-voltage pulses with low on-resistance and integrated bleed resistors to prevent voltage build-up on capacitive loads.
