Description
Description
The HV254FG-G from Microchip Technology is a 32-channel high voltage amplifier array IC designed for applications requiring high output voltage and low power consumption. It operates on a 275V high voltage supply and two low voltage supplies (+5.0V and -5.0V). Each channel features a fixed gain of 50V/V, a typical output slew rate of 3.0V/µs, and very low operating current of 45µA per channel. The output voltage can swing from 7.0V to 250V, making it suitable for driving MEMS and piezoelectric transducers.
