Description
The HV219PJ-G from Microchip Technology is an 8-channel, high-voltage analog switch IC designed for medical ultrasound imaging and non-destructive evaluation. Utilizing HVCMOS® technology, it features low quiescent power dissipation (-10µA), an output on-resistance of 11Ω, and operates with flexible supply voltages up to 200V. The device supports a small signal frequency response from DC to 50MHz and offers excellent noise immunity with a typical off-isolation of -60dB at 5.0MHz.
