Description
The HV20320PJ-G is an 8-channel high-voltage analog switch IC designed for applications requiring high voltage switching controlled by low voltage signals. Utilizing HVCMOS® technology, it features low charge injection, low quiescent power dissipation (-10µA), and an output on-resistance of typically 22Ω. The device supports flexible high voltage supplies and operates with a small signal frequency response of DC to 50MHz, making it ideal for medical ultrasound imaging and piezoelectric transducer drivers.
