Description
The HCPL-0611 is a high-speed optocoupler featuring a typical data rate of 10 MBd and a low input current of 5 mA. It combines a GaAsP LED and a high-gain photodetector, ensuring TTL compatibility and providing excellent AC and DC isolation. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, with a common mode transient immunity of 15 kV/µs at Vcm = 1 kV.
