Description
The FQP27P06 is a P-Channel MOSFET rated for a Drain-Source Voltage (VDSS) of -60V and a continuous Drain Current (ID) of -27A at TC = 25°C. It features a low RDS(on) of < 70mΩ at VGS = -10V, making it suitable for high-efficiency applications such as switched mode power supplies and DC motor control.
