The UMW BSS84 is a P-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET with a maximum Drain-Source Voltage (VDSS) of -50V and a continuous Drain Current (ID) of -130mA. It features a maximum on-state resistance (RDS(ON)) of 10Ω at VGS = -5V and a total power dissipation of 300mW. The device is housed in a surface-mounted SOT-23 package.
