The BSP75N is a self-protected, low-side IntelliFET® MOSFET power switch designed for general-purpose applications. It features a continuous drain-source voltage of 60V, an on-state resistance (RDS(on)) of 500mΩ, and a maximum load current of 1.1A at VIN = 5V. This device includes integrated protection features such as overvoltage, overcurrent, and thermal shutdown, making it suitable for high inrush current loads like lamps and motors.
