Description
Description
The BP 104 FASR-Z is a silicon PIN photodiode designed for applications requiring high sensitivity in the 730 nm to 1100 nm range. It features a short switching time of 20 ns and a radiant sensitive area of 4.84 mm². With a maximum reverse voltage of 20 V and a total power dissipation of 150 mW, it is suitable for surface-mounted technology (SMT) and is particularly effective in rain sensor applications.
