The Infineon MOTIX™ 6EDL7141 is a highly integrated half-bridge gate driver IC designed for 3-phase BLDC and PMSM motor control applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 5.5 V to 60 V and features programmable gate driver voltages (7 V, 10 V, 12 V, 15 V), peak gate driver currents of 1.5 A, and advanced protection features including over-current, under-voltage, and over-temperature protections. The device supports various PWM modes and includes integrated current sense amplifiers for accurate motor current measurement.
