Description
Description
The ICS601-02 is a low phase noise clock synthesizer designed for applications requiring high performance and low jitter. It accepts a 10–27 MHz input and generates output clocks up to 170 MHz at 3.3 V. The device features a patented PLL, low output jitter of 18 ps, and operates within an industrial temperature range of -40 to +85°C. Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC, it supports both 3.3 V and 5 V core voltages, with an output clock capable of operating down to 2.5 V.
