The Microchip Technology 34VL02 is a 2 Kbit EEPROM memory IC featuring I2C compatibility with a maximum clock frequency of 400 kHz. It operates on a single supply voltage range of 1.5V to 3.6V and offers low power consumption with a typical read current of 1 mA and standby current of 100 nA. The device includes software write-protect features, a 16-byte page write buffer, and supports more than 1 million erase/write cycles with data retention exceeding 200 years.
