The 1.5KE27A is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for high voltage transient protection. It features a working voltage of 27V (VWM), a breakdown voltage range of 25.7V to 28.4V (VBR), and a peak pulse power rating of 1500W.
