The Littelfuse 1.5KE27A is a unidirectional TVS diode designed for transient voltage suppression. It features a reverse stand-off voltage of 23.1V, breakdown voltage of 25.7V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 37.5V at 40.5A peak pulse current. With a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W and a fast response time, it effectively protects sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients caused by lightning and other events.
