Description
The Littelfuse 1.5KE100CA is a bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for the protection of sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W at a 10/1000μs waveform, with a breakdown voltage of 95.0V and a maximum clamping voltage of 137V. The device operates within a temperature range of -55 to 175°C and has a low reverse leakage current of less than 1μA when VBR min > 12V.
