Description
The Littelfuse 1.5KE100A is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for protecting sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W, a reverse stand-off voltage of 85.5V, and a breakdown voltage of 95V. The device is housed in a DO-201 package and offers excellent clamping capability with a maximum clamping voltage of 137V at 11.1A peak pulse current. It operates within a temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
