The Littelfuse 1.5KE100A is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for protecting sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. The device is housed in a DO-201 package and offers excellent clamping capability with a maximum clamping voltage of 137V at 11.1A peak pulse current.
