Description
Description
The 1.5KE100A is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for over-voltage protection. It features a breakdown voltage (VBR) of 100V (±5%) and a maximum clamping voltage (VC) of 137V at a peak pulse current (IPP) of 11.4A. With a peak pulse power rating of 1500W (10/1000 µs waveform) and a maximum operating junction temperature of 175°C, this diode is suitable for both unidirectional and bidirectional applications.
