The T2035T-8G is a Snubberless™ TRIAC Alternistor designed for high-performance AC line load switching. It features a maximum repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM/VRRM) of 800 V and an RMS on-state current (IT(RMS)) of 20 A. This D2PAK package component is suitable for applications requiring high commutation capability without the need for a snubber RC circuit.
