The NSB8KT-E3/81 is a glass passivated general-purpose rectifier diode with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 800 V and a continuous forward current (IF(AV)) of 8 A. It features low forward voltage drop (VF) of 1.1 V and high forward surge capability (IFSM) of 125 A. Packaged in a TO-263AB (D2PAK) surface mount configuration, it is AEC-Q101 qualified, making it suitable for automotive applications.
