The MBRB1660-E3/81 is a Schottky Barrier Rectifier diode with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 60V and an average forward rectified current (IF(AV)) of 16A. It features low forward voltage drop (VF) of 0.57V to 0.65V, high surge capability (IFSM) of 150A, and operates efficiently in high-frequency applications. Packaged in a TO-263AB (D2PAK), it is suitable for various power supply applications.
