The MAX202EESE+ is a full-duplex RS-232 transceiver designed for single +5V supply operation. It features integrated charge pump circuitry, high ±15kV ESD protection, and meets EIA/TIA-232E specifications at data rates up to 120kbps. The device includes 2 drivers and 2 receivers, with a shutdown mode that reduces supply current to 1μA, making it suitable for battery-powered applications.
