The LT3800 is a high-voltage synchronous current mode step-down DC-DC controller IC, operating at a fixed frequency of 200kHz. It supports input voltages from 4V to 60V and provides programmable soft-start, Burst Mode operation, and reverse inductor current inhibit for improved efficiency. The device is housed in a 16-lead TSSOP package.
