The EL7232 is a dual-channel, high-speed, high-current line driver featuring 3-state outputs. It supports TTL level shifting and operates with a wide voltage range of 4.5V to 16V. With a peak drive capability of 2A and low quiescent current of 2.5mA, it is ideal for applications requiring fast switching speeds up to 10MHz and low output impedance of 5Ω. The device is available in an 8-lead SOIC package.
