The 74ALVC00 is a low voltage quad 2-input NAND gate IC designed for applications requiring 1.65V to 3.6V supply voltage. It features high-speed operation with propagation delays of 3 ns max at 3.0V to 3.6V and 4.4 ns max at 1.65V to 1.95V. The device is ESD protected and offers power-off high impedance inputs and outputs.
