Description
Description
The XTR105 is a monolithic 4-20 mA current transmitter designed for 2- or 3-wire RTD operation. It features two precision current sources of 800 µA each, low offset drift of 0.4 µV/°C, and a wide supply range of 7.5V to 36V. The device provides linearization for improved accuracy and operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is available in SO-14 surface mount and DIP-14 packages.
