The VIPER114XSTR is an energy-saving offline high voltage converter integrating an 800 V avalanche-rugged power MOSFET with PWM current mode control. It supports buck, buck-boost, and flyback topologies, operating at a switching frequency of 30 kHz. The device features low power consumption, with less than 10 mW in no-load conditions, and includes protections such as overload, thermal shutdown, and soft-start for enhanced reliability.
