Description
The US1M is a general-purpose ultrafast recovery SMD rectifier diode with a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 1000 V and a forward current (IFAV) of 1 A. It features a low forward voltage drop (VF < 1.7 V) and a fast reverse recovery time (trr < 75 ns). The diode is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) package and is suitable for high-speed switching applications. It operates within a junction temperature range of -50°C to +150°C and is compliant with RoHS and REACH standards.
