The US1JDF-13 is a 600V, 1A ultra-fast rectifier in a low-profile D-Flat package. It features glass passivated die construction, a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.7V, and a peak reverse current of 5µA. Ideal for general rectification applications, it offers high efficiency and surge overload rating up to 30A peak.
